Terms & Conditions –PregOmega Competition

  1. The competition is open to all PregOmega consumers, except the employees of iNova Pharmaceuticals and their immediate families, advertising and promotion agencies, and associated companies.
  2. Participation constitutes acceptance of the rules and instructions of this competition and entrants agree to abide by these rules
  3. Customers stand a chance for a newborn photoshoot and iNova reserves the right to select the chosen retailer for the voucher within reason.
  4. Valid entries must include the following: A comment and like on the Facebook posts. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.
  5. Competition starts on the 17th of April and will end on the 17th of May
  6. Top scores (entries) are placed in a draw and will be randomly selected.
  7. Winners will be notified by 5 pm on the 17th of May via the platform from which they entered the competition.
  8. iNova will arrange for the goods to be delivered to your preferred delivery address.
  9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
  10. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The governing law to apply in respect of this promotion is that of the Republic of South Africa and WASPA.
  12. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of iNova, iNova may substitute a prize of like or equal value. If a prize is provided to iNova by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not iNova.
  13. iNova collects personal information to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to South African regulatory authorities (for delivery purposes).
  14. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of personal information as set forth herein.
  15. All entries become the property of iNova.
  16. Delivery of the prize could take 2 to 4 weeks from the date of the announcement.
  17. The competition is not dependent on the recommendation/prescription /purchase of the product
