Terms & Conditions – Red Espresso & PregOmega Plus competition
Competition available on the PregOmega Plus Facebook page only.
1. The competition is open to all consumers, except the employees of iNova Pharmaceuticals and their immediate families, advertising and promotion agencies and associated companies
2. Participation constitutes acceptance of the rules and instructions pertaining to this competition and entrants agree to abide by these rules
3. Entrants stand a chance to win 1 Red Espresso Hamper to the value of R670, containing:
• 250g ground rooibos tea and a French press
• Instant red cappuccino sachets
• Instant Vanilla Chai sachets
• Instant Spiced Chai sachets
4. Valid entries must include the following:
1 – Share your wildest cravings that you have experienced during pregnancy in the comments section with the #’s #redespresso #PregOmegaPlus
2 – Like and follow the red espresso and PregOmega Plus pages to be entered into the draw
Competition starts on the 1st of May 2022 at 07:00 and will end on the 16th of May 2022 at 23:00.
5. Entries are placed in a draw and 1 (one) will be randomly selected, only one entry per Facebook account will be allowed.
6. The winner will be notified by 5pm, 18th of May 2022 via the Facebook or Instagram account from which they entered the competition.
7. iNova will arrange for the goods to be delivered to your preferred delivery address.
8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
9. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The governing law to apply in respect of this promotion is that of the Republic of South Africa and WASPA.
11. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of iNova, iNova may substitute a prize of like or equal value. If a prize is provided to iNova by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not iNova.
12. iNova collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to South African regulatory authorities (for delivery purposes).
13. By entering this competition, entrants’ consent to the collection and use of personal information as set forth herein.
14. All entries become the property of iNova.
15. Delivery of the prize may take 4 to 6 weeks from the date of the announcement.
16. The competition is not dependent on the recommendation/prescription /purchase of the product
