Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition is open to all consumers in South Africa, except the employees of iNova Pharmaceuticals and their immediate families, advertising and promotion agencies, and associated companies.
  2. Participation constitutes acceptance of the rules and instructions of this competition and entrants agree to abide by these rules.
  3. Customers stand a chance to win one R 2500 voucher at a vendor of iNova’s choice.
  4. Valid entries must include the following: Participants must follow the PregOmega® social media channels, comment with their ritual, and tag someone who brings calm to their world in the comments of our Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok posts.
  5. Competition starts on the 29th of October 2026 and will end on the 12th of November 2026.
  6. Entries are placed in a draw and will be randomly selected.
  7. Winners will be notified by 5 pm on the 16th of November 2026 via the platform from which they entered the competition.
  8. By participating, contestants agree that if they win, their name and/or social media handle may be published on our website, social media channels, and other promotional materials for announcement purposes.
  9. Winners who do not reply within 5 working days forfeit the prize, and the second runner-up will be notified.
  10. iNova will arrange for the goods to be delivered to your preferred delivery address.
  11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
  12. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. The governing law to apply in respect of this promotion is that of the Republic of South Africa.
  14.  If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of iNova, iNova may substitute a prize of like or equal value. If a prize is provided to iNova by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not iNova.
  15. iNova collects personal information to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to South African regulatory authorities (for delivery purposes).
  16. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of personal information as set forth herein.
  17. All entries become the property of iNova.
  18. Delivery of the prize could take 2 to 4 weeks from the date of the announcement.
  19. The competition is not dependent on the recommendation/prescription /purchase of the product.
